"A testimony to Xander groups skill and commitment to finding the right job for you is that I was not searching for a job when they reached out to me! They had researched me as a candidate and found a job that aligned to my requirements. They were transparent and reliable during the application process. The prospective employer also reported that the Xander group were regularly relied upon as they matched ideal candidates to the role within the company. Two years on and Alex and the team have stayed connected. I have finally found a role that is varied and where I feel challenged every day! Thank You!"
