I’m looking for an experienced RGN with experience of management to step into a Deputy Home Manager role based in Swadlincote.
You will fully support the Service Manager in the running of the nursing home and deputise in their absence. Providing effective management and supervision of a great team (including nurses and care staff), you will lead with passion and enthusiasm to ensure the service is well run. You will promote positive outcomes for disabled people with a flexible and proactive approach.
