I’m currently supporting a home in Romsey for adults with physical disabilities and complex health needs who are looking for a Deputy Home Manager to join the team.
As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Service Manager with the day-to-day operations of the nursing home and take the lead in their absence. You’ll provide strong leadership and supervision to a dedicated team of nurses and care staff, bringing passion and enthusiasm to ensure the service runs smoothly. With a flexible and proactive mindset, you’ll help drive positive outcomes for disabled individuals.
Must be nurse qualified with an active pin for this role
Will consider a Senior Nurse or Clinical Lead looking to step up
