I’m currently working with a specialist school who support children with Autism and Associated needs in Cheadle. They’re looking for a Lead SLT to join the team.
This role involves leading clinical supervision and team management, developing policies within a specialist area, and managing a complex caseload. Key duties include conducting assessments, making clinical decisions, and delivering or supporting therapy at all levels. The role also involves training staff and families, coordinating referrals, using data to guide evidence-based interventions, and contributing to appraisals and service development.
