Xander Medical is a leading provider of healthcare staff to private healthcare institutions. We are looking for experienced Senior Health Care Assistants to join our agency team.
Your role as a Senior Carer will require you encourage and assist our clients with all aspects of their daily living as required and detailed in there personal care plan. This can include:
- Personal care, feeding, dressing
- Moving and Handling
- Medication Administration
- Maintain clear and accurate records
- Promoting independence, dignity and choice
- Follow protocols and procedures
Requirements:
- MUST Hold an NVQ level 3 in health and social care
- Previous experience as a Senior Care Assistant
- Experience leading, coaching and motivating a team to deliver high quality care
- Right to work in the UK
- Excellent communication skills
- Be a team player
