They provide supported living for individuals with varying abilities, helping around 19 residents with physical, sensory, and learning disabilities live independently. As a manager, you’ll lead a dedicated team, ensure high-quality care, oversee health and safety compliance, manage budgets, and handle staff recruitment and development-all while promoting positive outcomes and holding service registration.
